Delete an AudioFlow project

To request deletion of an AudioFlow project and its associated data, email privacy@mythropic.com from the email address associated with your account or use our Contact page. Include the project name so we can identify it. We may need to verify your identity or control of the account before processing the request.

Download any Output you wish to keep before requesting project deletion. When we process a verified project-deletion request, active production may stop and project files that would otherwise be available to download may be removed.

Removing or archiving a project from your active library does not by itself confirm that its associated data has been erased.

Delete your Mythropic account

Email privacy@mythropic.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. You may also use our Contact page if you need help directing the request. We may need to verify your identity or control of the account before processing it.

Download any Output you wish to keep before requesting account deletion. Closing your account disables access, and active production associated with the account may stop.

If you cannot sign in

You do not need to sign in to make a privacy or data request. Email privacy@mythropic.com from the address associated with your account when possible. If you cannot use that address, explain the situation through our Contact page. We will provide a way to verify your identity or control of the account without asking for your password.

Disconnecting a sign-in method

Disconnecting Google or another sign-in method does not delete your Mythropic account, AudioFlow projects, or associated information. Follow the project or account instructions above when you want that information deleted.
